Decree No. 82 implementing Commission Directive 2006/141/EC as regards infant formulae and follow-on formulae destined to the European Community market or intended for export to third countries.

This Decree lays down rules governing the production, composition, labelling, marketing and export of infant formulae and follow-on formulae. Detailed provisions are laid down with respect to maximum residue limits as well as additives allowed.
