Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) (Implementation) Regulations, 2009 (L.N. 214 of 2009).

These Regulations implement the provisions of articles 43, 44, 45, 47, 60, 61 and 62 of Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council dealing with classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures. The Malta Standards Authority is designated to be the competent authority in this field.
