This Act amends the Cooperatives Societies Act, 1993. The Act amends the long title of the Act and makes minor word changes throughout the text. Amendments have been made to almost all sections of the Act by substituting sections or subsections with new ones, by inserting new sections throughout the text, by deleting sections and by making minor word changes.
