For the implementation of matters pertaining to soil reform, the Agricultural District Office for Styria shall be established with its headquarters in Graz. The Authority is responsible for the: 1) consolidation of agricultural and forestry land; 2) compliance of legal and economic aspects of agrarian lands; 3) regulation of forest and pasture servitudes ; 4) concession of agricultural rights; 5) agricultural settlements; 6) protection and promotion of mountain pastures.
