This Ministerial Decree establishes requirements and target objectives for the organizations with a view of improving energy saving and energetic efficiency. Target objectives and energetic efficiency indices shall reflect: (a) consumption of energy resources for the manufacturing of commodities and supplying services; (b) consumption, including loss, in the process of energy distribution; and (c) consumption of energy resources in the constructions, edifices and installations in the process of carrying out regulated activities.
