Act No. 452/2007 amending and supplementing the Act on protection of wild animals and wild plants by regulating trade therein.

This Act in particular lays down provisions concerning licensing for packing caviar. The Ministry makes decisions relating to changing licenses, processing, packing or repacking caviar intended for export or re-export within the Community.
