European Communities (Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 (S.I. No. 61 of 2009).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs) Regulations 2002 for purposes of implementing Commission Directive 2008/5/EC concerning the compulsory indication on the labelling of certain foodstuffs of particulars other than those provided for in Directive 2000/13/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. They also introduce new definitions including a revised definition of "authorised officer".
