The present Ordinance implements the Regional Fishing Permit Law. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to aspects concerning fishing permits, renewal of the license, angling examination, data protection and inspection. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Fishing permits (1); Preparation and examination (2); Data protection (3); Final provisions (4). The text has 4 Appendixes.
