Act relative to implementation of Regulation (EC) No. 725/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on enhancing ship and port facility security and measures of international organizations relative to security of ports (Port Security Act).

This Act provides for implementation of provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 725/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on enhancing ship and port facility security in the Netherlands. It mainly provides for: the appointment of competent authorities for purposes of the Regulation, port security certificates and port security plans.
