This Order amends the Climate Change (General Exemptions) Order, 2009. The amendments include: substitution of clause 3 with a new clause inserting new definitions; the insertion of new clauses 8 to 12 which specify exemptions for certain agricultural activities listed in Part 5 of Schedule 3 of the Act; the insertion of new clauses 14 and 15 which specify exemptions for certain industrial process activities listed in subpart 2 of Part 4 of Schedule 3 of the Act; and by making word changes to the Schedule.
