Decree implementing Commission Directive 2010/37/EU amending Directive 2008/60/EC laying down specific purity criteria on sweeteners.
Pursuant to the amendments laid down at the European Union level, this Decree updates Annex XVI of Decree No. 209 of 1996 by inserting the purity criteria applicable to the sweetener E 961.
