The present Ordinance introduces some amendments, inter alia, to the Milk Quality Ordinance of 9 July 1980 (BGBl. I p. 878, 1081). In particular, the Ordinance replaces some words in articles 2 to 5. Moreover, the present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Cheese Ordinance of 14 April 1986 (BGBl. I p. 412). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 14 dealing with protection of designation of origin and geographical indication. Furthermore, the Ordinance amends article 1 of the Butter Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 144).
