The present Ordinance implements the Bavarian Animal Breeding Law of 21 December 2006. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions on animal breeding (I); Examination regulations for courses on artificial insemination and embryo transfer on, examination regulations for short courses on artificial insemination (II); Final provisions (III). One Annex is enclosed.
