The purpose of this Ministerial Decree shall be to ensure protection of environment, human life and health, animals and plants, and also energy efficiency. It shall be applicable to projecting, construction, re-construction, conservation and liquidation of gas distribution and consumption network. Gas distribution and consumption network shall guarantee safety and energy efficiency applicable to transportation of natural gas in accordance with the requirements set by project documentation and operating conditions. Dump gas pipelines and blow off gas pipelines shall be located in the areas so as to ensure maximum dispersion of hazardous substances concentration of which in the atmospheric air must not exceed the established limits.
