The present Ordinance enforces the Cantonal Fishery Ordinance of 26 November 2000. Article 1 establishes that fishing permis are issued under the supervision of the Hunting and Fishery Office. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Granting of fishing permits (I); Vocational training (II); Competence to issue fishing authorizations in general (III); Special fishing rights (IV); Fishing supervision (V); Final provisions (VI).
