Bee Diseases and Pests Control (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2011 (W.S.I. No. 226 (W.44) of 2011).

This Order amends the Bee Diseases and Pests Control (Wales) Order 2006 so as to enforce in Wales article 13 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 206/2010. Certain conditions laid down in that Article apply to the introduction of defined species of queen bees and bumble bees from third countries into Wales.
