European Communities (Authorisation, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 202 of 2011).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) Regulations 2001 in regulation 2 so as to update existing Community legislation concerning placing of biocidal products on the market.
