The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to plan protection. The Ordinance applies to all wild plants in the area of the Canton Zurich or parts of wild plants. Article 3 establishes that any impairment or reduction of plants, especially the digging, picking and cutting of individual plants or parts of plants shall be prohibited. The text consists of 12 articles.
