The present Act lays down provisions relating to management of waste in the Canton of Thurgau. In particular, the Law promotes prevention and reduction of waste, as well as its recycling. The text consists of 33 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (I): Duties and tasks (II); Waste disposal plants (III); Polluted soil (IV); Special provisions (V); Financing (VI); Execution (VII); Transitional and final provisions (VIII).
