This Law provides for terms and conditions necessary for an authorized and sustainable production of ethanol, for its quality control, and for the full declaration, import, commerce and use. The production of ethanol has to comply all prescribed measures of quality and security during the full process of packaging, storage, declaration of conformity, etc. This Law consists of six Chapters as follows: Basic regulations (I); Terms of production (II); Quality control (III); Commerce (IV); Surveillance (V); Penalties and final measures (VI).
