These Regulations provide for conditions and restrictions on the emission of certain noises and on the operation of motor vehicles, motor vessels and chainsaws as specified in the text. The Regulations set out procedures and requirements for obtaining a permit to operate any motor vehicle, motor vessel, apparatus or machinery otherwise prohibited in these Regulations.
