These Rules apply to the fishery of scallops in State waters. The Rules provide for areas where fishing may occur, opening and closing of the scallop fishery, fishing gear, limits on taking and possessing fish, restrictions on commercial and non-commercial scallop fishery, total allowable catch, etc. The Rules set out provisions relating to the different classes of scallop fishing licences as specified in the text.
