The present Guidelines enforce the Cantonal Agricultural Law of 12 September 1996. The purpose of the present Guidelines is to grant financial facilities to agricultural enterprises complying with sound environmental standards. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Common measures and activities (II); Measures for small businesses (III); Final provisions (IV).
