This Regulation provides for: measures for the treatment and management of waste with asbestos content; and measures and procedures to prevent environmental pollution. Measures of this Regulation apply to raw asbestos and waste with asbestos contents. This Regulation contains a full list of waste materials and substances to be treated following the standards specified in the Regulation.
