This Order establishes basic principles of organization of activity and functioning of Federal Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service and its interaction with other federal executive bodies and subordinated territorial branches. Federal Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service (ROSTEHNADZOR) shall be the authorized federal executive body entrusted with elaboration and realization of state policy in the sphere of technological and nuclear supervision, subsoil management, safe use of nuclear energy and safety of waterworks.
