Ministerial Decree No. 97705 including buprotezin as active substance to Annex I of Presidential Decree No. 115/1997, in compliance with Commission Directive 2011/6/EU.

The Decree amends Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97, as laid down in the Annex to this Decree, so as to include buprotezin as active substance contained in agricultural chemical products, in compliance with Commission Directive 2010/92/EU of 21 December 2010.
