These Measures aim to reinforce the inspection and quarantine of imported and exported aquatic products and their supervision and administration, guarantee the quality and safety of imported and exported aquatic products, prevent the inbound and outbound of animal epidemic diseases, and protect the safety of fishery production and human health. The State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine shall take charge of the inspection and quarantine of imported and exported aquatic products and their supervision and administration.
