Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management (Licensing) (Management or Operation of Prescribed Solid Waste Management Facilities) Regulations, 2011 (PU(A) 304/2011).
These Regulations prescribe the form and contents of licences to be granted for operating and managing prescribed solid waste management facilities, the conditions to be imposed and the fees to be paid for the licences.
