Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management (Scheme for Household Solid Waste and Solid Waste Similar to Household Solid Waste) Regulations, 2011 (PU(A) 307/2011).

These Regulations prescribe the scheme for carrying out household solid waste and solid waste similar to household solid waste management services including the duties and obligations of licensees, the geographical area, the types of household solid waste and the services to be provided.
