Ministerial Decree No. 769 amending Ministerial Decree No. 398 validating the Regulation on the Federal Transport Supervision Service.

Item 5.4.2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “5.4.2-1 issues permits for road transportation of hazardous substances”.
