The present Ordinance provides for the enactment of the Agriculture Debt Act of 25 June 2004 (BGBl. I p. 1383). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions concerning administrative proceedings concerning granted credits and their re-payment. The text consists of 10 articles and 4 Annexes.
