Regulation Concerning Food Safety and Checking and Control of Food Quality.

This Regulation covers rules and procedures of production, processing and distribution phases of food, substances and materials contacting foodstuff. The Regulation also covers provisions on the minimum technical and hygenic requirements and checking, controlling and monitoring of food.
