Hydrocarbons (Prospection, Exploration and Exploitation) Regulations of 2007-2009. Notification pursuant to regulation 5(2) (P.I. 50/2012).

The Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, in the exercise of the powers vested upon him by Regulation 5(2) of the Hydrocarbons (Prospection, Exploration and Exploitation) Regulations of 2007-2009, hereby issues the model Exploration and Production Sharing Contract to be used between the Cypriot Republic and the contracting companies seeking the granting of an exploration and exploitation license.
