The present Ordinance by the Ministry of Food and Rural Space deals with competent authorities responsible for implementing provisions on marketing and food, agricultural consulting service, livestock breeding and other fields. The text consists of 18 articles divide into 8 Parts as follows: Competences in the fields market, food and agricultural promotion (1); Competences in the field of agricultural counselling (2); Competences in the field of animal breeding (3); Competences according to the Trade Register Ordinance (4); Competences in the field of plant protection (5); Competences in the field of land developments (6); Competences in individual cases (7); Final provisions (8); and Enforcement (9).
