The present Ordinance implements the Animal Breeding Act of 21 December 2006 (BGBl. I p. 3294). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the implementation of animals breeding issues. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Competences (1); Assessment of performance and assessment of breeding value (2); Herd Book (3); Entry into force (4).
