The present Ordinance implements the Fees Law of 14 December 2004. In particular, the present Ordinance by the Ministry for Rural Space, Food and Consumer Protection lays down provisions relating to fees levied by the Agricultural Centre for public services, such as cattle farming, grassland farming, dairy farming, game and fisheries. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex listing the amount of fees charged for the various services carried out by the afore-mentioned Agricultural Centre.
