Regulation on the Requirements Regarding Professional Staff, Premises and Equipment that Health and Other Entities Must Meet when Performing Analysis and Super-Analysis of Food and Consumer Goods.

This Regulation provides the conditions regarding professional employees, premises, facilities and equipment that must be met by health agencies and other entities when performing analysis and super-analysis of food and consumer goods. Laboratory tests on samples, consisting of sensory, microbiological, chemical and physical tests, depending on the type of food and item of general use, including all tests defined by regulations on quality, health and safety, must be performed in order to protect the human population. Activities authorized to conduct laboratory analysis can be basic and specialized.
