This Regulation makes further provision for the registration, formation, operation and management of cooperatives. The Regulation provides for: shares; membership; voting and meetings; management and administration of cooperatives; funds and property of cooperatives; restrictions on the acquisition of interests in trading cooperatives; mergers, transfers of engagements and winding-up; arrangements and reconstruction; foreign cooperatives; supervision and protection of cooperatives; etc.
