The Premier establishes that Federal Fisheries Agency shall be the authorized federal executive body authorized to validate certificates of origin attesting legitimacy of the origin of live, chilled, frozen crustaceans and derivates thereof subject to export to the Republic of Korea, and coordinate activity with the competent bodies and organizations of the Republic of Korea.
