Law No. 9.314 amending Decree-Law No. 227 on the Mining Code.
This Law, amends articles of Decree-Law No. 227 related to the following sectors: research on mineral resources, mineral extraction licensing, mining concession criteria, taxes, sanctions and offences for illegal mining activity.
