This Regulation changes various provisions of articles 3, 4, 7, 11, 14 of the Regulation on the basic requirements of quality for planting material, methods of packaging, sealing, labelling and conditions for keeping the seedlings (Official Gazette 56/99). This Regulation also cancels the provisions prescribed by the article 21 of the Regulation on the basic requirements of quality for planting material, methods of packaging, sealing, labelling and conditions for keeping the seedlings (Official Gazette 56/99). This Regulation also provides a new Annex as an integral part of the Regulation on the basic requirements of quality for planting material, methods of packaging, sealing, labelling and conditions for keeping the seedlings (Official Gazette 56/99).
