Order No. 931 on immediate exploitation of ocean-mining for particular category of cases.

The Order sets regulations on approval of permits for mining at sea by extending terms and conditions thereof. Provisions of the Mineral Resources Act’s article 26b sections 5-6 shall not apply to the extension of license for research.
