Commission Regulation (EU) No. 981/2012 establishing a prohibition of fishing for cod in Greenland waters of NAFO 0 and 1; Greenland waters of V and XIV by vessels flying the flag of Germany.

Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated for the year 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for cod in Greenland waters of NAFO 0 and 1, Greenland waters of V and XIV by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Germany. The prohibition applies as from 26 September 2012.
