Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated for 2012, this Regulation prohibits of fishing for forkbeards in European Union and international waters of VIII and IX by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Spain. The prohibition applies as from 18 October 2012. Furthermore it prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
