Regulation on validating certain foreign countries and certain areas of foreign countries as non-infected with harmful organisms as Xanthomonas campestris, Cercospora angolensis Carv. et Mendes and Guignardia citricarpa Kielly.

This Regulation, in order to respect the provisions regarding the plant health and plant protection from harmful organisms on territory of the Croatian Republic, prescribes a complete list of foreign countries or their specific areas from which the import is allowed due to a non presence of specified plant diseases.
