This Regulation establishes the measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread of Phytophthora ramorum Werres, De Cock & Man in ‘t Veld sp. Nov; types of susceptible plants, wood and bark; phytosanitary requirements for the introduction into and movement of susceptible plants, wood and bark; conditions for issuance of plant passports; performance of a special inspection and checks on phytosanitary status in order to determine the presence and prevent the spread of the harmful organism, and phytosanitary measures in the event of suspected and confirmed infection by the harmful organism. The introduction of European and non-European isolates of the harmful organism and their spread on the territory of the Republic of Croatia is hereby banned. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
