Decree implementing Directive 2010/74/EU amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to extend the inclusion in Annex I thereto of the active substance carbon dioxide to product type 18.

This Decree extends the use of the active substance carbon dioxide to biocidal product type 18, according to the conditions of use specified in the Annex.
