Regulation on the methods and terms for the calculation and payment of compensation for the oxides released in the environment, in the form of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides expressed as nitrogen dioxide.

This Regulation prescribe the correct manner and necessary time limits for the calculation and payment of charges for the environmental release of oxides, in the form of sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen oxides expressed as nitrogen dioxide (NO2).
