Decree implementing Commission Decision 2012/728/EU concerning the non-inclusion of bifenthrin for product type 18 in Annex I, IA or IB to Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of biocidal products on the market.

This Decree was adopted pursuant to Commission Decision 2012/728/EU concerning the non-inclusion of bifenthrin for product type 18 in Annex I, IA or IB to Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of biocidal products on the market. Authorizations granted for the use of bifenthrin for product type 18 must be revoked.
