Ministerial Order No. 116/2011 authorizing the temporary register for new seed varieties.

This Ministerial Order authorizes, for a period of four years, the temporary register for new seed varieties, submitted to adaptability testing within the territory of Mozambique. It establishes for a minimum of two agricultural campaigns the norms for the introduction and dissemination of new seed varieties, according to the Regulation on Production, Trade, Quality control and Certification of Seeds, approved by Ministerial Order No. 184/2001.
